Muzhou Bridge is a large bridge spanning the Muzhou Waterway, with a length of 702.36 meters and a width of 25 meters. The total investment is approximately 66.12 million yuan, making it an important part of the newly constructed first-class highway from Xinhui to Zhongshan.

In 2012, our company provided an intelligent continuous jack synchronization system for this bridge. After multiple technical exchanges between the Jingke Hydraulic Technology team and engineering technicians, and considering the specific characteristics of the bridge, we adopted an intelligent continuous jack synchronization system based on hydraulic transmission, computer control, and fieldbus technology. This system utilized automatic continuous jacking jacks, automatic continuous jacking pump stations, and a PLC master control console. The master control console centrally managed each pump station and jack to ensure that all jacks started, applied force, and operated synchronously. A jacking platform was set up on the shore side, and multiple temporary piers were established along the bridge toward the opposite shore. On both sides of each temporary pier, a set of jacking devices was installed. Each jacking device was powered by an independent hydraulic pump station and controlled at the front end by an independent sub-controller, which communicated with the main controller via fieldbus. Under the unified control of the computer system, the jacking devices adjusted the height of each pier and comprehensively controlled the jacking force and speed based on the support force, ensuring that the jacking force of each pier corresponded to its friction force.
