The Mu Zhou Bridge is a significant structure spanning the Mu Zhou Waterway, stretching a length of 702.36 meters and widening to 25 meters. The total investment amounts to approximately 66,120,000 yuan, and it constitutes an essential component of the new Phase One Highway from Xinui to Zhongshan.

In 2012, our company provided an intelligent continuous jack synchronous system for this bridge. Following meticulous technical exchanges with the engineering team at Jingke Hydraulic Technology, we developed a state-of-the-art system based on hydraulic transmission, computer control, and fieldbus technology. This intelligent continuous jack synchronous system utilized automatic continuous jacking jacks, automatic continuous jacking pump stations, and a PLC main control console. The main control console centralized the control of all pump stations and jacks, ensuring synchronized operation of all jacks.

On the shore side, we set up jacking platforms, and along the bridge’s length, we installed numerous temporary abutments. On both sides of each temporary abutment, we installed a set of jacking devices. Each set of jacking devices was independently powered by a hydraulic pump station and controlled by a dedicated front-end controller, with communications facilitated by the fieldbus system and the main controller.

Under the unified control of the computer system, the jacking devices adjusted the heights of all abutments and controlled the jacking force and speed according to the magnitude of the supporting force, ensuring that the jacking force at each abutment was in unison with its friction force.
